Placement never changes the medical content of a listing. Is the fee really flat?+
Yes. One monthly fee regardless of how many patients or booking requests you receive. We never charge per patient, per booking, or a percentage.
What can the listing say?+
Factual information only — departments, languages, hours, access, services offered. No testimonials, rankings, or superiority claims, per the medical advertising guidelines.
How do booking requests reach us?+
By email, with the patient's contact details, requested language, and preferred times. You confirm directly with the patient — or reply to us and we'll coordinate.
Can we cancel?+
Yes. Monthly plans: cancel by the end of any month and the listing comes down at the end of the paid period. Annual plans: cancel anytime — the listing stays live until the end of the paid year; unused months aren't pro-rated (the Standard guarantee is the exception).
How does the money-back guarantee work?+
The Standard plan comes with a one-month money-back guarantee: if it's not a fit, cancel within 30 days of your listing going live and we refund your first payment — monthly or annual — in full, no questions asked. It applies to new listings, once per clinic.
