Is the fee really flat?+
Yes. One monthly fee regardless of how many patients or booking requests you receive. We never charge per patient, per booking, or a percentage.
What can the listing say?+
Factual information only: departments, languages, hours, access, services offered. No testimonials, rankings, or superiority claims, per the medical advertising guidelines.
How do booking requests reach us?+
By email, with the patient's contact details, requested language, and preferred times. You confirm directly with the patient, or reply to us and we'll coordinate.
Can we cancel?+
Yes. Cancel by the end of any month and the listing comes down at the end of the paid period. Cancellation terms are set out clearly in your proposal before you sign anything.
