Payment method & timing
Credit card or bank transfer, billed monthly or annually according to the billing cycle you choose.
Service delivery
The listing goes live after application review and a verification call, and remains live during the paid period.
Cancellations & refunds
Monthly plans: cancel by the end of any month and the listing ends at the close of the paid period; the current month is not refunded. Annual plans: cancel anytime; the listing stays live until the end of the paid year; unused months are not pro-rated or refunded. Exception: the Standard plan's money-back guarantee. For new listings, if you cancel within 30 days of the listing going live, the first payment (monthly or annual) is refunded in full (once per clinic).
