What Curae is

Curae is a clinic directory and booking-request service. It is not a hospital, clinic, or medical provider, and it does not diagnose or give medical advice.

Clinics may pay Curae a flat monthly listing fee. Fees never depend on the number of patients or bookings, and payment never changes the factual content of a listing.

Your responsibilities

Please give accurate information so we can arrange your visit. In an emergency, call 119 — do not wait for this service.

Fees

Curae is free for patients — browsing, the AI assistant, and booking requests cost nothing; you pay the clinic directly for your care. Clinic listing plans are flat monthly fees shown on the For Clinics page. See our 特商法 (Commercial Transactions) notice.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee appointment availability or the outcome of any care. We are not responsible for the medical care provided by clinics. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. We may update them; the current version is posted here.
